Exterior Painting	_____	Submit sample of colors; please note which colors will be used for house, trim and accents (Not required if painting the same original colors).
Perimeter Fencing	_____	Submit copy of survey with fence location, materials and height indicated. (All finished sides of fence must face outwards)
Satellite Dish	_____	Submit copy of floor plan with placement indicated (Only satellites of less than 24 inches are allowed, must be placed to rear of home).
Antenna (cable)	_____	Submit copy of floor plan with placement indicated (Only antennas for VTV are allowed, must be placed to rear of home).
Addition of Pool	_____	Submit copy of survey with pool and deck design; please show height and materials for enclosures ‑ not to exceed roof line.
